1.4 Products and Suitability

Water treatment results are highly dependent on site-specific factors (flow rate, pressure, incoming quality). We do not guarantee specific outcomes unless a written scope of work is established based on professional testing.

1.5 Prices and Payment

Prices are in ZAR. VAT is included only where explicitly stated.
We utilize secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full cardholder data on our servers.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

1.6 Orders and Stock

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch or collection readiness. If stock is unavailable, we will offer a substitute or a full refund for the item.

1.7 Delivery, Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery to your provided address or upon collection.
Ownership of goods remains ours until full payment has cleared.
Please inspect parcels upon arrival. Report visible courier damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

1.8 Statutory Rights (CPA & ECTA)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). This includes your right to remedies for defective goods and applicable cooling-off periods for direct marketing or qualifying electronic transactions.

1.9 Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to statutory rights. Note: Electrical components (UV ballasts, pumps) must be installed according to manufacturer instructions; damage from surges or incorrect installation is typically excluded.

1.10 Installation and Professional Advice

We are suppliers of goods. Installation is a separate service. If you choose to self-install, you assume responsibility for compliance with local plumbing and electrical by-laws.

1.11 Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

1.12 Intellectual Property

1.13 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct losses is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-related losses.
