Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.2 Dispatch Times

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 14:00 may only be processed the following business day.
• Business Days: Processing and dispatch occur Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

1.3 Delivery Times and Tracking

• Delivery times are estimates based on your location and courier performance.
• Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
• In the event of a significant delay, please contact us at wikus@h2oguru.co.za and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

1.4 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any "Free Delivery" promotions are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer (e.g., minimum spend requirements).

1.5 Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid contact number.
• If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or because no one was available to receive the parcel, the courier may charge a re-delivery fee. We reserve the right to pass these reasonable costs on to the customer.

1.6 Collection Option

If you select the collection option at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring proof of identity and your order confirmation for verification.
